As an organization serving a culturally, racially, and ethnically diverse population, The Council is committed to a community-based approach to treatment, by developing services that meet the complexity of our consumers needs for better health and wellness.

 Diagnostic and Behavioral Health Services

 Diagnostic and Behavioral Health Services provides screening, diagnosis and medical assessment, outpatient and case management services.

 Child and Family Services

 Child and Family Services provides clinical treatment to youth ages 4-17, assessment, therapy, counseling and case management services. In addition, we provide residential and supportive services to strengthen families.

 Emergency Psychiatric Services

 Emergency Psychiatric Services offers hospital-based, 24-hour crisis intervention, case management, psychiatric evaluation, medical mobile assessment, referral and linkage services.

 Medical Services

 Medical Services provides psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication administration/management and training.

 Residential Services

 Residential Services delivers a comprehensive array of housing options including crisis beds, supervised, supported and assisted living for adults.

Rehabilitation Services                             

 Rehabilitation Services constructs a bridge to community reintegration through skill development, case management, vocational and employment skills training and job placement.

Empowerment By Design/Shoppes @ The Council 

 The Shoppes @ The Council help consumers acquire, improve and/or enhance technical, living and job skills in a supportive environment designed for success. The program is recovery focused and seeks to empower consumers with knowledge, skills and encouragement to aid productive personal development goals. The Shoppes offered are: Technology Shoppe, Ceramics Shoppe, and Quik Print Shoppe. We are designed for success!

 Senior Connections

 Senior Connections, promotes independence by providing adults 60 years and over with diagnostic and supportive services, as well as, assessment, case management, adult day care and respite care, home delivered meals, housekeeping, and medical transportation.

 Specialized Services

 Specialized Services provides brief treatment, psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic and psychological testing, individual and group therapy.

 Consumer Support Services                           

 Consumer Support Services helps to create a “voice” for consumers, while encouraging self-esteem and self determination; services include educational groups, workshops and community development.

 Institute for Managerial and Clinical Consultation (IMACC)

 Institute for Managerial and Clinical Consultation (IMACC) provides professional education and training, managerial and clinical consultation services.

 Service Fees

Fees are assessed on the basis of community area, income and family size. Medicaid, Medicare or eligible private insurances may cover full or partial cost of services. The Council does not discriminate in admission to services or employment.
