levels, for corporations, groups, organizations and individuals.

Major Donor: $100,000 and above

Wellness Donor: $75,000 and above

Lifeline Donor: $50,000 and above

Sponsor: $25,000 and above

Benefactor: $15,000 and above

Patron: $10,000 and above

Friend: $5,000 and under
