The Annual Meeting was established in 1982 to report the financial health, accomplishments and future strategy of The Council to the community, persons served and other stakeholders; to install new members of the Board of Directors; to fulfill the legal requirements; and to gain support and educate the community on issues relevant to behavioral health.
